conversion of SWMM 4.31 to SWMM 5
I have a file that has been converted from 4.31 to SWMM 5. In the converted file, there is a section that states "these conduits have been replaced by a regulator". However, the SWMM 5 manual does not show a section for Regulators. Should these be considered flow dividers?

Thank you for your reply. That's my next step to de-bugging. Right now I'm getting an Error 108--ambiguous outlet ID name for Subcatchment X. According to the downloadable manual, this means that a name is the same for a node & a subcatchment. Unfortunately, I'm not finding nodes with the same name as a subcatchment. Do you have any other tips or hints for getting past this error?

You should try to model these as OUTLETS in SWMM 5. See if they have been converted to OUTLETS in the SWMM 5 data set.
