Hi Robert,

I sent you two of the files last night after I received your message. Let me know if you had any problems receiving them and I will resend them.

Thanks,
Chrisy

SmashWords is an industry standard for some wikis. We chose that method for the speed and ease of use, "once" people get over the hurdle of the concept of doing it. You can shortcut past this by simply using an existing page url and changing the tile of the page at the top (to a single word or double word or anything you want) and a new page will be created from that with your own custom name (not only double hump word combinations)

Through the Manage Tab you can add text box features to the main page. You are allowed up to 10 text boxes. If you place the text box in the yellow section of the right hand column, it will appear on every page. Right now I use that feature so that my IM feature is on every page. JJ and I would like to have Text on specific pages not on every page. What Mariko is saying is to place the text box in the right hand column yellow section so that there is a text box on every page. If we do not populate it on the main page. It will be blank on the main page to the "regular" user. We can then go to the page we want to add text to and edit the box there. Then that text will only show up on that page. It may not be the spot we want it, but it will allow us to add additional text. For example, I have an alumni association website that spans 80 years. I would like for people downloading pictures to include the year of the picture in the tag. That way it will be easier to find for people looking for pictures from "their time".
